Yo peeps,here i am blogging abt my grad trip since i've reached spore on the 28th May.Delay cos i need to collate all the photos first,select them and upload them to photobucket.Taiwan is seriously a very nice place you all should go,especially QingJing farm.That's the place which left the deepest impression on me despite that it has been raining when i was there.So sit back and enjoy this ONLY entry...I'm not going to break into diff parts though i've been there for 12 days cos it's quite a hassle =P

Met up with Eileen b4 going to the airport together.Took the MRT cos i insisted in doing so though it was at two opposite ends.I love going to the airport by train and coming back by the taxi cos u can see pple u carrying the luggage like u going overseas.Heh heh but we made a very big blunder!!!Supposed to meet my frens at 1030am for check in at terminal 1 but we simply assumed that the first airport we see after coming from the MRT is terminal 1.So we started searching for the counter which we can checked in.Obviously there was no such counter so we walked till the very end and waited since we were 1/2 hr earlier.Got very suspicious when we were finding the flight no. at terminal 1.But Eileen claimed that we were too early that's y cos the flight takes off at 1pm.So we din bother to find out whether we were at the right terminal.Then Huiling called to ask where we were.The blunder continues...

She said that she's at counter 4,so we went forward and no one was there.Called again and Huiling claimed that she's there.By this time,i'm becoming so confused and agitated cos we are now late!!!It's already 1035!!!Then the feeling came again...I asked Eileen if we were at the right terminal???And so we realised the stupidest mistake made.And at this time,Huiling called to say that we may be at the wrong terminal...Dunno whether to laught or to cry.Then Eileen wanted to take the skytrain to terminal 1,while i insisted on walking there cos it's really quite fast.But we took the skytrain at the end...Bad luck continues...

We missed the skytrain when we got there and had to wait for another one.15mins passed b4 another one came and guess what???There's a technical breakdown for the skytrain!!!What luck???Then i suggested walking again but Eileen said that since we are late we'll wait for the other one,it may be coming soon.5 mins passed,i asked again,and FINALLY we decided to walk there!!!

Anyway i'll try to jot down everything i can remmber her for the benefit of those wanting to go to taiwan in the future and for my own remembrance as well :)

Day 1

There were 12 of us but we splited after that.Followed my JC clique instead of my Uni frens.

Reached Taiwan airport at 6pm,collect youth pass and ready to take Guo Guang coach to Taipei Main station, which is located at the LHS after u come out from the custom.From tp main station,can collect the Chiayi train tickets NT600/pax for 8am tmr(book thru online in order to get seats)And of course we have to take a cab to our hotel since we have so many luggages.For those of you going to Taiwan,Rainbow Hotel is really a highly recommended one.(Details:street no. 36 of Hanzhong of tp. tel:886-2-2311-9193)And it's located at Ximengding!!! NT2980 for 4 pple per night.

ximen station and do u know at taipei,when they board the MRT,they really QUEUE!!!they wait for pple inside to alight first and they queue to board.It's so amazing.and though the MRT door is closing,they dun rush cos it wun close until someone who is guarding the train ensure that everyone gets in the train.Even when u miss the MRT,the next one will be coming soon.Seriously i think spore should learn to be like this since the fare is always increasing and if the freq increase,pple may not have to rush in especially during peak hrs.
Besides,taiwanese keep to their right when they take the escalators.Cos we were still un-used to their culture,my fren actually ganna someone whispered to her that "in Taiwan,we stay to the right".Very well disciplined!
Bought the jie yun card (our ez link,can get refund @ end of day)and headed to Jiantan MRT,where we can take a free shuttle bus(walk straight after coming out,keep right) to Miramar Entertainment Park in order to take the ferris wheel ride.U know why it's the 2nd highest structure in the world???cos it's built above a building!
*at this point in time,i would suggest that after u came out from the airport just take a bus straight to hotel,cos when u take to Jiantan MRT,there's a need to change at Taipei Main station.So you can still can collect ur Alishan tix then.But u will have to noe when the tix counter closes!

The surrounding is not very nice,but treat it as an experience for NT150/pax.Then we went to shilin night market for our dinner/supper!

eat the oyster omlette from the stall shown at the bottom right hand corner.It's damn nice!!!Very different and Xiao Zhu learn the cooking skill from this stall for his drama (zuan jiao yu dao ai)
and then pay NT30 for a big cup of bubble tea!

At shilin,there's 2 sides where u can buy ur food.So please explore!!!Some recommended food includes chicken cutlet,fried oyster,niu she bing,xiang chang(gigantic size!).Try to share the food,so that u have chance to try more variety.u can only find food at shilin!Clothing wise,not an ideal place.Rush off to take the last train back to ximen 12am. took a bath b4 we sleep,and cos it's the first day there,none of us can get to sleep and we had to wake up at 6am!

Day 2

Set off for Alishan and we saw Mingdao and Xu Meng Zhe filming the moment we step out of the hotel.Too bad,Wu zun is not the one.From tp main station we took the train for 3hrs (8am-11.22am)and head towards Chiayi train station,where we meet up with Huiling's fren from Taiwan.She bought us some chui bing,which is Chiayi well known delicacies.Had our lunch at 3 royal,3 house (if i din rem wrongly) and the food is splendid for 7.50sgd/pax.Very nice fren and a pretty gal :)

At Chiayi train station,there will be pple who offer to take u to alishan but dun bother abt them!Look out for an old granny,she will sell u tickets to alishan for a reasonable price(forgot how much)Cos we decided to stay at a ming shu in Fengqihu,we have to alight there first before we go to Alishan.
Reach Fengqihu at abt 4pm,abt 2 1/2 hrs ride.The host of the mingshu is already there to welcome us and bring us for a tour.It's a package for NT2200/pax 2D1N.(details:xianyun ju ming shu tel:0932-981803-Mr Chen or Mdm Goh)

More photos @ fengqihu lao jie...must try the tomato juice,very tasty and diff.The Bian Dang taste a bit horrible,maybe cos we were not used to the food.

Went to tour at the jungle too b4 we head back to the ming shu.From the photo below if you could just observe the trunk of the 2 trees.It grow side by side and grown differently in front of a temple.These 2 trees are believed to be tu di gong and tu di po...

we took photos with Mr Chen & his wife...our room and of course the surroundings.Very fresh air!!!At night,his son took us to see firefly.Too bad we din take photos cos it wun turn out to be nice either,u will only see spots of light in a plain bkack background.Hahaha.We even get to catch hold of them,no feelings de and we learnt that firefly has a short lifespan of 12 days.Poor thing...

Day 3

Have to get ready @ 11am for breakfast.Cancelled our sunrise tour cos it has been raining since we left taipei :( Then we drove up to Alishan for a jungle tour again.Till now you should have guessed that we chose the jungle tour package instead of the other one.Hahaha.This time round there is more trees with special designs...Mr Chen let us walk on our own and he tot we went missing cos we spent so much time inside the jungle =P

The 'love' tree is very beautiful :D Mr Chen brought us for lunch first before he drove us down to Chiayi for NT1500-4 pax.Then bought train tix to Taichung and stayed at rui jun (zaw jung) business hotel,located very near to the station.Walk thru the underpass to the "behind' train station.It's at the opposite side. (details:100,Fu-hsin rd,sec. 4,taichung 401 tel:04-2223-5838)

We shared this room.you can see two extra matress on the floor.I forgot the amount but it was a last min thingy cos we intended to stay at Florance Villa for 3D2N initially but there was a need for deposit and we have prob doing that.By the time we called,they left the VIP room only.so yea we decided to rest at Taichung first b4 going there.Luckily there's also a place for us to visit @ night.We took a cab to feng jia night market and there is where i go crazy over shoes.It's cheaper than any night market u go to.Cheaper by NT100.Cheapest being NT299 for high heel shoes.I bought 11 pairs of shoes from there.It was total madness!!!

Took cab to our hotel and get ready to wake up at 4.30am!

Day 4

Since Florance Villa stay became a 2D1N stay,we had to leave early in order to make full use of our time there.Went to Taichung bus terminal in order to take a bus to Puli and from there take a bus to Chingjing Farm :) Forgot the amount cos i forgot to take the tix from my frens. We reached Chingjing farm @ abt 8am and Florance sent someone to drove us to their Villa.

I love this place cos first time stay in a cottage.There are many other cottages there of diff themes and we chose the Victorian style one.The stay costs abt 70-80sgd/pax i think. (tel:04-2803820 or 2803832) They got dogs!!! I'm very scared of all animals but the doggies in Taiwan are diff from spore too!!!they hardly bark and i'm so love with those two dogs in Florance-da xiong & mei mei :D

Despite the rain we went to visit the farm, NT80/pax.

As u can see from the pix we took,there are many umbrellas,which spoil the whole damn scene.In spite of the mcee trying to ask pple taking umbrellas to stand behind and those with raincoats to stand in front,these pple remained inconsiderate!Outside taipei is a diff thing altogether!And we had our lunch at the Lavendar restaurant.The food is expensive and not as nice as we thought it would be.Outside,they sold squid,which you smell it from miles away.it was yummy!!!

We also went to the nearby garden for NT80/pax (show ur youth pass in order to get this discounted price)

Day 5

After having our breakfast at Florance,another Mr Chen (tel:886-937-167-779) arrived @ 9.30am sharp and he will be in charge of our Hualien tour for NT7000 for 2 days (exclude food).
Mr Chen,a taxi driver,introduced us to tai lu ge.Hualien's got the sweetest peach and biggest caabage!

And we stop at a special tree in which it has a 'liu' (tumor) which is believed that it will bring good luck to whoever touches it :)

Then we headed to have our seafood feast! Lobster and sashimi for NT500.Fresh ones!Hualien is full of seas and rocks!And Mr Chen drove us to our ming shu at Hualien-stone house (mdm liu's tel:0933-485552 or 0932-345151)NT2200 for 4 pple per night.Before that,we bought fireworks so that we can take them @ the ming shu!!!

At night,Mdm Liu brought us to have our dinner NT25 or NT50 for 9 dumplings.I forgot the pricing again but it's really cheap! Then we headed to watch the free aborginal dance performance b4 we go back and start putting fireworks :) 1st time,so very excited :D

Day 6

For our 2nd day tour,becos Mr Chen is in charge of my Uni frens tour,he sent another taxi driver for us,Mr Huang.He's damn nice.We all felt he was better than Mr Chen.He's so fatherly.He will open the door for u,take umbrella to cover u to the cab while he stood in the rain etc.Mr Chen is more knowledgable.Overall,both of them are still nice pple :) Mr Huang (tel:0928-298472,03-8576156) took us to the most expensive hotel for our first stop.It's expensive due to the location,facing sea and jungle from all four sides.From there we could also see the Ocean Amusement Park but we din enter to play those rides.We continued our Hualien journey to the beach :)

It was lunch time so Mr Huang brought us to a shop to fill our stomach.

Went to look at the rainbow bridge b4 going to the hotspring @ Hualien for NT200/pax.Then go eat ice cream b4 heading to Hualien university.And becos Mr Huang told us his daughter works as a hairstylist we decided to patronage her when we get back to tp. Doris tel:02-2508-1658.
Mr Huang drove us to Hualien train station where we can take our ride back to Taipei Main station and then back to Ximen.

Day 7

One thing bad about Rainbow Hotel is that their breakfast sux!But cheap so not much to complain abt.Oh ya,for most toilets in Taiwan,you cant throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl cos it will be stuck if it's thrown consecutively.Their pipelines are small! U have to throw it in the dustbin!!!Just imagine when u are doing big business in a toilet which someone has just done her business in there. *puke*
Take MRT to Beitou station and then change to take to Xinbeitou station.Visited the hot spring museum (10 min walk from xinbeitou,cross road & walk towards zhongsan rd). Along the way,we went to the culture museum...

and to the hell valley (5 min walk from museum,along zhongshan rd).All entrance free!

Back to MRT station and take to Danshui station.From there,we walked to Fort San Domingo(Hongmao cheng)-NT40/pax if u show ur youth pass.Very long walk, u can take red shuttle bus 26!

We cannot take photos inside the building,just the surroundings.After u exit turn left and look for the bus stand.Take the bus and drop along danshui lao jie,u can find yummy food there,especially the fishball.it's damn delicious.I ate 1 1/2 bowls.hahaha.Then walked to danshui fisherman's wharf.

Dun have ur portrait drawn there cos it's so ex NT400! Wanted to catch the sunset since we couldn't see the sunrise @ Alishan but dark clouds came so we took a ferry NT50 back to danshui and have our portraits drawn there :) NT200 which comes with a frame!

Day 8

Took MRT to CKS station and go to exit 5.The station is specially designed & u can see police officers guarding that place! In the CKS memorial hall,in the main hall,u will see exhibitions that are against Mr Jiang,whereas in the other room,you will see documents which speak good of him.The clock showed the time Mr Jiang died.I was just thinking whether some drama idea came from this..hahaha think soo much :P There's no changing of guards cos riots keep taking place and by the time we walk out of CKS,there's TV car stationed outside and after a few mins,a group of pple came.The whole scene is ....

Our next stop is Sun Yat Sen station...the mentor of Mr Jiang...We managed to catch the changing of guards here.But it was only a pathetic few,not a troupe.Better than nothing :)

After visiting these 2 places,i get to noe Taiwan history better.Seriously a geography student going there will be quite fascinated by their history and y the politics came abt.
From there we take to Taipei City Hall station and then a shuttle bus to the tallest building-taipei 101 NT350.

Dun pay another NT100 to get to the 91th floor!!! Total waste of $$$ cos there's nothing to see besides how they built the building.The circumference was all fenced up which means u cant get a closer view of the outside as well.After that we went to Raohe night mkt & Wufenpu to begin our shopping.Frankly speaking,i think the best night mkt is Feng Jia followed by Wufenpu (houshanpi station) and Shilin.The rest is pointless.But at Raohe,u can get to shop for some cheap necklace.

Day 9

Took a coach from Taipei Intercity Bus Terminal (exit 1), behind the Taipei main station.Counter 19-NT92.Ask pple how to get to Yehliu NT25 using youth pass!Cos we spent quite some time getting there.Some pple like there,some pple like me dun,cos it's hot and perhaps we din explore the place well enuf.We missed the candle look-alike rocks.We were too shag after all these days.This grad trip has turned out to be a training camp for me!!!

From yehliu,we took a bus to keelung(stop when u see a building that has starbucks & Burgerking,near a harbor) for abt 30mins and changed bus to Jiufen.

At jiufen you can buy the suncakes and pineapple cakes from here.Look out for li yi bing dian cos they sell the best ones in taiwan!And of course the fishball is also very nice.Only two stalls which i think serve the best fishball in Taiwan.One in danshui another one here in jiufen.
There's also a night market in Keelung.But one word of advice.Dun go cos it's damn far and nothing much to buy but of course personal preference & taste.Wanted to go partyworld @ ximen.But it's too ex for a fri night.My uni frens went on a sun night NT330 for 3 hrs and i heard the room is damn big with many facilities!Too bad for us :(

Day 10

Today's highlight will be to Long Shan Si temple (Longshan station) and taiwan storyland :)

Then take MRT back to Taipei main station look for exit 6,walk for 25mins.Have to ask pple along the way how to get to Taiwan storyland-NT150 with youth pass.And u will be given a coupon worth NT150,where u can spent inside for food & other souvenirs.Which means it's like a free entrance.However i heard it is going to be closed down soon cos it's not profitable.Sad case sia...

Day 11

Another one of the best places of interest in Taipei will be the miniature musuem-NT180 located @ Nanjing East road station.10mins walk,u will have to ask pple how to get there too.Hahaha.Remember the photos below are taken with zoom in effect.While in fact they are all mini size!!!

Day 12

Have to check out of our hotel at 1pm so we packed all our bags and did our final shopping and food hunting @ ximending.

The ah zhong mian xian and the snow ice served @ san xiong mei are damn nice.Beside the san xiong mei store,there is a stall selling some snack.the octopus is nice!!!Can try :) Anyway i had steamboat buffet the previous night @ guo da ye near our rainbow hotel.They open till 3am!!!And what's more???Besides those normal food they serve hagen daz,fondue and meiji ice cream for just NT399!!!Super cheap!!!
*Hongwei,for goodness sake,the whole wall is filled with signatures.How to search for urs???My god.Anyway that's the end of this entry.Hope u folks enjoy it :)

Been ages since i've last blogged.MIA due to the hectic sem that has justed passed.Totally miserable life i had.But it's all over, so shall not lament about it. Before i start another chapter of my life, i have been reflecting alot and a conclusion was made. I really need to grow up.A big body but pea brain will not allow me to survive.In my 22 years of life,met many pple and i'm glad i've made frens whom i know will stand by me whenever things go downhill.Friends as this blog is themed are very important to me. I've absolute trust in them and this supposedly good point will also prove to be a great fallacy for me in the future.Not that i will learn not to trust,but i have to be more vigilant to things that are happening around me and not simply take things at face value without evaluating the truth about it.
I want to learn how to be more ambitious-like crystal, learn how to priortise and be vigilant like huang dian, learn how to be independent like ying ying, learn how to keep cool like weiling,learn when it's the right time to play and when to be serious like hongwei,learn how to be open minded like most of my friends,learn how to think with my head and not feel with my heart-like wat jiasheng always commented,learn how to do things fast with quality(not haste with no QC)learn how to pick myself up from where i fall, learn how to learn from my mistakes like my wonderful mom. Those not in the list, not that you are no good, just that at the moment these are of more critical areas which i should improve on :) All of you, my friends has impacted me one way or another.And i'm really greatful for that.
However things are not always the same.So i have to learn how to grow up before i bang the wall and hurt myself.Ever since i left Ij,i seem to be alone.Met pple who are really brainy and it sets a really depressing tot on myself.I always hoped that i can still be together with my fellow Ij mates,in school or at work.However now i am happy that they are not going to be taking the exact same paths as me because these are the pple who knows my weaknesses.And it'll be terrible if things turns out awful if we are in the same occupation.
This entry does not mean to shoot at anyone,just a tot of mine and a reminder for myself.
GROWING UP is never easy,but i will try :)

I've got ten mins to get this entry done before i go for my 2nd last quiz. As usual,school work has been really hectic which will only ends on next thursday.Damn tiring,i just hope the end of april could just come fast.Right here in Design School library.Very conducive environment and it's so accessible for me since it's just across my hall.
I'm so looking forward to my Taiwan trip now and of course the Convo ball that follows which will be held at Fullerton.I'll probbably start work in August,so i'm very free after that to have any gatherings. Crystal when will you be back???To all the people mugging right now,Keep Fighting!!!

Yo pple
back from my MIA.Been so tied up with work that i just hope this sem should end early.If you dun see me online, the reason is obvious.Just had my consolidation test today and i'm so utterly disappointed with myself.This is the first subject so far in my Uni life that i wish to score well in,not just because the module is interesting and challenging but oso cos i like my tutor a lot. But i think i just screwed up my test today, which takes up 12.5% of my aggregate score :(
The most f***ED up module will be 304-AuDit ing,which is ultra sucky!!!My tutor sux and that module is really haunting me.HE dunno how to teach!!!All the lame jokes he can crack in class totally pissed me off!!!And i'm having my presentation next fri with a quiz in the morning.Shitty!!!Please pray for me :)
And to ah neo!!!I miss you lots. Hope you haven been coping well there. Heard abt "M" in your exchange. Update me more next time yea. And to Weiling, haven seen you for ages too. Shall catch up with you real soon. That's all for now. Will update again in my free time again. Ciao!!!

Celebrated my first birthday cake this year with two of the Jan babies at Settler's cafe yesterday. The games there are so fun. Finally get to experience it since year one when my JC class attempted to go there for class gathering but it was closed. Food was nice unlike most people's comments. Perhaps they have change the chef??? 22 coming soon. SOOOOOOO OLDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD.
Anyways,like i said before,i'm back to school and moving one tiny baby step towards the resolution i set for myself this year. Went for first yoga lesson last wed and omg,i realise i can't bend my spine.Hahaha everyone else can except me.Paiseh to the max!

Today marks the end of my PA. Very happy that i'm back in school again. First time i miss Uni days so much. Got a treat from my colleagues to Vil age :) and 2 presents.One is a musical box and another is a whole makeup set.Damn useful.Inside their different kinds of brushes and many colours for eyeshadow.Really comes in very handy in the future.All these made me so touched tt i was near to tears but maybe cos my happiness of leaving work overwhelm the poignant feeling i have inside.I like them all and pray that they will stay happy always *prays*

12 days to school for me.Finally...I've been looking forward to this for so long ever since i started my PA.Not that the company is no good,but i just can't stand working.And i'm entering social uni after a few months time.DARN it.
Tomorrow finally going for treatment,still thinking of getting curls,should I or should i wait till i am thinner.Hahaha.My new year resolution stops when i grad,cos i MUST cut all the kilos off my weight.My cousins' first comment to me:"wah ah qi,become fatter le"...Fainted.I guess it's really time for me to wake up on my idea of eating like there's no tomorrow.But of course i won't slim down by not eating.Just more exercise and balanced meals :)

My New Year resolution will be to lose weight :)
Went to Crystal's 21st 2 days ago and it's really like a royal affair, with crystal dressed up like a little princess.We had fun during the sharades but it's really scary cos our Korean team is a 'shy' one.Hahaha.The party ended with us singing the IJ spirit song,which really rekindles many memories,and it has been years since we last sang it.Those were the days yea.
Last year holidays was wrapped up very nicely with me meeting 3 groups of friends within 2 days.Yesterday went for my ever best turn up rate JC gathering.Nice to see everybody again,with some changes with appearance,but feelings remain the same.I started to like my class guys more,hopefully it doesn't comes too late.Then rushed down to Bishan to meet my Uni classmates to buy food for our steamboat.Then came the MJ session which we ended up playing till 7am.Very shiong and i strongly encourage that overnite activities should be more outdoor,such as food hunting or pubbing,and not indoor mahjong.Damn shag,cos you have to be constantly thinking!But nice companion to end my 2006 with :)

Due to the Taiwan earthquake,i'm currently working at home since there's no network connection at home. And according to the news,it will take about 2-3 weeks for Sing Tel to repair, but it has said that they will try to reconnect by next week. Hmmmphhh. I can only pray that it will be settled after 3 weeks so that i can go to school!!!Though i shouldn't be thankful for the earthquake,I'm really happy that it has made my life a better way ;)

Been so long since i last blogged.Hehe.Started my PA straight after my last exam and to answer everyone's questions who asked me whenever they see me,i'm living very well now in my current PA company.The people are nice,the environment is nice,there's nothing more i can ask for besides hoping to reduce the travelling time.Haha.Somehow working for a bigger company seems better than a small one.Not that i look down on the smaller companies,since we may learn more there,but welfare wise will definitely be better in bigger companies.
Going for E Y's cocktail tomorrow at its new building,meeting my future colleagues and employers with my 'pouted' mouth.Dunno what has happened to my upper lip,it has a blister after i woke up the next day.So pain and ugly,hopefully no one notices it tmr!!!
Anyway I'm so happy that i managed to convince my friend to choose P W C over D T.Though she insisted that D T is good,which i dun deny as well,i would feel that P W C would be a better choice instead due to several reasons which i wun highlight here.And I'm so happy that out of my 5 JC clique(including me),4 of us are going to E Y!!!The odd one out obviously will be the one who is going to P W C :)
Grades doesn't seem to be the most important factor when hiring.Interview in my opinion,seems to be the most powerful tool.It's when you can convince the interviewer that you are the one they should hire instead of a high flyer.
Reading till here,i suppose everyone knows that i have deviated from my initial dream.Very sad actually,but i hope i can fulfil it one day.I can only hope that i will be able to cope well,and treat myself with holidays during my annual leave(only motivation).I want go Europe,Korea,Japan,Australia and of course to US again!GG where will u all be going for your grad trip in 2008???Going with your classmates?Or should we go as a GG team???We have yet go for a overseas trip!!!Shall plan together one day yea :D

Sometimes things just doesn't go your way.And for my case,though it's a good news,i dun seem to be very happy about it.Went for one interview today and received a call earlier that i'm given an offer. Most of us who were interviewed actually got offers from the various companies already.And i'm really impressed with what plans they have lined up for me in the future. First time i hear a company asking whether i love travelling and seeing that i got A1 for Chinese they plan to let me go China once in a while since most of the listed companies are there.First time i feel so honored of my chinese grades.
Since interview is to sell myself,i lied.I can talk about being passionate about it,though deep in my heart i really hate it.I came out of the room feeling damn awful.

Finally i've ended my exams when the clock strikes at 1130 today at SRC.This sem ended just lidat and tmr will be the first day of PA.Got a bit of phobia since my first attempted one,hopefully this time round it'll be smooth sailing...
Saw another 2 of my JC guys classmates today.Very different feeling.I din noe they came to NTU.I tot only 3 classmates of mine will be in NTU-ACC and the rest in NUS.But well,seeing them again in NTU is really very nice.I miss the days we spent together in the chalet,going nite cycling together.Fond memories.Haven been to chalet for sooooooo lonnnnnng le.

Few minutes before it hit 12 will be the twins' bday.Went to amara hotel to have the international buffet,and as expected,i think i have gained back the 2 kilos :( Have to exercise more vigorously next wk,with the new shoes that i'm going to buy with my mom.Dunno eat how many cups of charwamushi probably 5 but the cup is really small!Hehehe.And there's alot of desserts which simply goes down my throat,without appreciating which are the nicer ones.And the magic candles do work,but cos of the time spent trying it out b4 we sang the bday song,the candle only relit thrice.The funniest thing is when ning and yen's cousin tried to hurry them to come over to the cake cos the candle wax is melting and at the rate it's going,the whole candle will be gone when we sing the bday song.So Hahaha everything happened so fast,wishes were made quickly,the attempted chinese bday song was sang halfway...Ning giving up blowing the candles when it relit the third time...
Anyway hopefully you two like the present and i'm so sorry that ning ended up with 2 crumplers cos of my sotongness.Welcome to the 21 world and today was a happy day,with Zijun present as well,but no weiling and qingyang.

I lost 2kg after playing badminton for 2hrs15mins.Hahaha though it's temporary but seeing the reading on the weiging scale makes me jump with joy.Haha.Though only got Htian,yiwei and tian bao,it was a good game after all.I wanna play badminton again!!!Anyway it's time for me to get a new track shoes,cos mine spoilt liao.The shoe that has accompany me since JC1.

Attended the networking nite yesterday with the Big 4.And according to the MC of the nite,the SS is more then DD by 100+ or 300+,excluding those pple in SmU.At first was really disappointed cos i dun hear any other posts available besides audit and tax.So when the talk came to end and we have to proceed out to have refreshment and speak to the pple,i merely followed htian around since she has some questions to ask.I was really like a block of wood standing there,expressionless,and makes my nite very dull.Things started to take a change when we went over to EY.The pple there are really friendly and helpful.Then went to get some food when everyone is still creating impression.Hahaha,that's basically networking alrites.The business world..Hmmm..You have to show your beautiful smile,save the wink.Hahaha.And while we were eating,the people still wanna come tok to us and we tried to avoid having eye contact with them.So embarrassing.But they seriously need the pple,since the turnover rate is high...So if you guys wanna let ur child to secure a job next time,train them to be future auditors or accountants so that they will have the interests since young.That's wat i'm going to do.Heh heh.
Though i have started sending resumes to some companies but i have yet to get any response from them.So it's really worrisome,if i dun get any jobs when i graduate.So i decided to give myself a chance by applying to 2 out of the 4 companies and see how it will develop later.But i'm still praying very hard that other companies will respond to me soon to save me from the pending misery i may face later on.

Attended a wedding dinner just now and looking at the photos makes me really wanna lose weight before i put on the gown in the future.My brother said yoga will be the best way,his gf's mom lost 5kg liao.This is the 2nd time i've heard already.Although I'm having weekly jogging with ning but it dun seem to be sufficient.My brother said need to have at least an hr and 3 times a week.No time leh!My brother commented that it's all about time management.True sia.One thing good is i'm at least exercising now as compared to the past,not even half hr of exercise.
Then when the dinner is coming to an end,my brother commented that gals really aged easily especially after they got married or the moment they reach 30.So came my answer that we gals have to spend so much on facial,slimming,spa etc in the future.Actually i feel that even when gals haven reach 30s,they kinda look old and shagged already after they started working.The worst thing is that guys become more charismatic when they aged,so unfair!!!

have been neglecting my blog for so long and here i am again.been too lazy to blog these days.Have been trying to jian fei by avoiding any rice or noodles,having more fruits and vegetables.But this week,i sinned again by eating Fiesta.Haha but nvm,shall look forward to jogging with ning again on thu.Oh man,she can really run k.She got the stamina and speed sia.Finally having a healthy lifestyle despite the haze above us.And thanks to Yiwei,been watching Love Letter recently and I got new idol again.He makes me wanna go Korea work in the future,learn Korea language.But i doubt i can ever do that cos my parents are here. Went back for proj discussion on a sunday afternoon.pathetic rite..Haizzz.And i had a bad stomachache which initially i tot was due to Aunt Mary,but it was not when i vommited in the cubicle.Thank goodness there's not many pple in school today,or else it'll be damn embarrassing.But poor aunties,they'll have to clean it tmr.So after i ended my discussion,went to Fiesta to have dinner by myself.Spent 25+ all by myself cos of the chawamushi and the green tea ice cream i had.A little treat for myself *Yummy* slurppp
Having a break now,which i aim to lose some kilos thru swimming and jogging during the wkdays.Been gaining some weight since school reopens which is usually the case,cos the food is within my reach.At home,i'll be too lazy to go down to buy cos the kopitiam is not near.But ever since my mom moved back,she'll settle my meals for me,which increases the chance of me getting fatter.
Tmr is shopping day!Yesh!A day to rest and relac before i start my workout.

I think i'm really siao,tried to rush thru many readings for the past few weeks and now i'm just left with 2 more things undone,excluding my major 205 proj! recess week is coming,this time round with NUS.This is one good news!Wanted to sign up for the divng course in NUS,but according to yen,it's filled up already.So well,forget it.And since my proj meetings are on wkends due to the timing of my grp members,i'm v free on wkdays.So is there any community service i can do?Like bring kids on excursion?Feed those ah ma,ah gong?Dun tell me sweep floor,clean toilet and all,i can do anything.
Anyway this sem just passed like nobody's business.We've reached the recess week already.Thereafter,5 more weeks later,i'll have my PA then start school for next sem,which will be v shiong,with group A moaning that they are having a hard time coping and i'm really v scared of it,cos it'll be the final sem.Hopefully by then,i'll be hardworking to at least do my tutorials.But then again,sometimes it's not my fault that i dun do them,just that when i look at the questions,it looked at me with even more question marks,so Haizzzzz.Not lazy,just not trying hard enuf.
Finally found Chris' badminton racket,which i always tot is with Htian.And Zhenjun's one is with Hongwei,but then it's the total opposite.It's a real big woohaaa,but the problem is finally solved.Phewww :)

Got a splitting headache due to lack of sleep two days ago.Readings keeps piling up though i have been trying my best.205 is damn sickening!!!Everytime i see the goldfish's eyes, i feel like digging it out.

Anyway i think i found one more career path i can go into besides HR and stewardess.There's operations! After attending the talks,I have been constantly reminding myself that every interview is a rare opportunity given to me which i must really grab hold of it.Failing 2 interviews have managed to knock some sense out of me and i doubt i can take it as lightly as before.Seeing Xunhui going for all the talks and doing all the research have made me somehow motivated.

To end it all,I'm so looking forward to later in the day.Ning,yen and val can come to stay.Finally got a chance to let down my hair and relac b4 i'm going to break down anytime soon.Sunday got another assignment to be handed in again.WTH!

Though it's really kinda hectic nowadays,and i wanna settle all those unread readings but then i dunno where to start.The funniest thing that could happen today was yingying asked me why i'm at chapter 5,when it's supposedly to be read already.We are at chapter 7 now.Hahaha,my weekends are gone cos i sleep till late in the afternoon.12 noon will be the earliest time for me to be awake during weekends.Muahahaha.
Anyway my entry today will be all the rantings for 205.It sux.Not because of the subject but the tutor.He is damn terrible.All the nonsense he likes to say during class and giving us tonnes of individual assignment to do weekly.Gracious! I pity the junior who has to attend whatever lesson he gives.And the idiotic's eyes keeps following the junior who tried to go to each table assisting us with our questions. If you din noe yet,i'm here to say how much i lub u gals alot.Every single thing u all did really touch my heart and i truly appreciate it.It's hard to express through toking,so i shall do my toking here.Hahaha.
I feel sooooo fortunate and glad that i have this bunch of really superb frens who stand by me,gives me advice,tries to cheer me whenever i'm feeling down.Ning and ah neo treated me to ice cream today cos i've failed the interview.Though i'm not upset at all,but they find ways to cheer me up.Gan dong~~~

Went for the interview today and well was booted out in the first round.But it was really a great experience.I seriously think my standing posture was quite bad and i was not looking at the interviewers when i was introducing myself.Instead i was staring at the rest of the candidates.Kinda wrong and i merely spoke for about 20secs about myself,which makes me appear that i'm not prepared at all.So it's my fault,can't blame anyone.I will try to change.Geeeeezzzzzz.

I'm having a hard time breathing now.Grrrr!There's a heavy traffic in my nose rite now.It doesn't seem to clear since last week.
Anyway friday was great!Went swimming,totally forgot that my dad dun allow me to go swimming during this period.But then again,i'll just hope that nothing will happen.Htian and I swam 10 laps!This is good.Laps is to and fro rite?If no oso nvm,i mean to and fro here alrites.So our next target will move to 20 laps.Hopefully we'll reach the ultimate 25 laps.I love swimming :)
Then went to meet up with GG.Oh it's so nice to meet up again and thanks to ning,we all had a 1-4-1 fondue for our desserts for only 16.20 nett!Yea.Kinda wasted all my afternoon effort,but nvm,exercise not only to become slimmer but oso to keep myself healthy.Suddenly at this age,no exercise will make me feel older *sad*
I'm so afraid for my 205 project,cos it starts this coming week and while other groups have started to exchange nos. my group has choose to remain very dormant.This is crazy,i dun dare to take the initiative as well since i'm new to the group.But then again,if tmr still dun do anything,i guess i'll be thick skin enuf to ask for all their contact no and msn.And this proj is really a great task.Friends out there,if you think your parent will want to have a free assessment of their company's risk and what they can do to manage it,pls tell me!But of course,your parents will need to fork out time to entertain the questions we have.Hehe

One phrase i like from the kdrama~Goong-->there are pple suffering from hunger who are living in other parts of the world, and here there are pple trying to go on a diet by not eating or eating less.Seriously this has really much impact on me cos i think that fortunate pple usually take things for granted.But for this point,i'm not guilty cos i dun waste food.I usually finish everything on my plate rite???Hahaha.
But i learn something impt too!Eat what i can and not overeat!So very guilty of this cos i often overeat which cause me to wish so much that i can slim down down.

Hey guys i dyed my hair red!!! Cos i'm simply shocked to hear pple asking me whether i had dyed my hair black.Oh plssssss.But the colur turned out to be Burgundy cos my hair is simply too black.Hahaha.Everything was done with Ms Tan Shin Rong.We met up for brunch first and actually spent 32 bucks eaach.First time trying Sakae.Our faces turn red after drinking the whole bottle.Hahaha.Two red lobsters.
Then due to my sudden craving,head straight to Kimage school of hairdressing.I can totally understand why is it cheaper there,cos the end result was not as good.Oso paiseh ask them redo cos they're just students.Oh well.
Then pple i went to do something to my eyebrows.Quite like the end result.Hehe!Today is spend money day.

first week of school

First week of school passes like a breeze it seems that i din feel its presence.Lotsa notes to print,books to buy and trying to get GEs in order to clear them by this sem.Stupid STARS experience again which until now i still need one more GE.Kinda irritated!They raise the school fees watsoever,but we are not provided with the service we paid for.
Anyways met up with Sophie for some catching up together with ah neo and after the meet up i suddenly wants to go into SIA immediately after i graduate.Reason being Sophie told me her sister got into SIA although she's abit ba-ba and of course on top of that she's sociable.So i sorta reflected on my own future which i'm planning for the past few months.I'm scared that i will have the inertia of not getting into air stewardess after i have worked for a couple of years,so still thinking.I'm so glad i found my goal and not simply going with the flow which i've always been since pri 6.Even when i got into Accpuntancy,my so-called right routine is to enter into the Big Four,worked for 3 years and hopefully get another job easily from there since Big Four are recognised in the world.All this chain broke when i was doing my PA at that idiotic firm.I suddenly see myself auditing in the very near future.I was totally grossed by that idea-an invisible worker!
Frankly speaking i think alot pple are stuck in the idea that the usual path is to be followed in order to live.However the feeling of happiness has flown out of the window.Maybe there's still happiness such that one is able to survive and not end up in the streets.Each time i hear my classmates complain about their PA,i would add on with a question as to whether they will continue working as auditors the next time they graduate.The answer came as a Yes.I am really not surprised at all cos everyone is still stuck in the web.
But in any case,i never regretted taking Accountancy as a degree since a paper will be needed in my later stage of my life...

Just before school term starts i just think i should have one entry.Went to the photo gallery to see who'll be in my class for coming sem,and to my surprise i am in the same class as alot pple for 205,including 2 of my hall mates.Accountancy is really flooded with gals it makes me think back of my pri and sec school days.And the guys i meet seem to be revolving around the same one,abit sian though.Haha cannot be angry for those who are reading this entry k.Dun interpret my 'sian' literally.Of course i'm happy to see familiar faces or else class life will be a chore.On another note,i'm so happy that i'm in the same class as chew yanying for 311.Last sem 202 though same class but we dun feel as though we are cos we were being grouped the moment we enter the class.Shitty.
My coming sem will surely be hectic and i seriously think that it's gonna be a great torture.First lesson needs to read up and prepare le.And the readings are like nobody's business.So much.Though studying is defintely much better than working but the stress level cannot be easily dismissed either.
Oh and did u guys watch 'Ai Qing Ling Du C'?Never mind about the looks,who would you choose.Right from the start i chose Weixiang cos i always believe that bei ai will be more fortunate than ai ren.I'm just curious about ning and yen,do your choose julian hee in the end???

Yoz peeps,to all those who know about the disgusting and awful experience i had with my previous attachment company,the COI has decided to disregard the whole matter and that will means that i din fail for my PA module.Yippee!!!
Thank goodness they can emphatize for me and stand in my shoes for a while.Went for hair treatment with ning,yen and val yesterday.That salon was great and the price is really reasonable.So well gave myself a little treat after the whole damn lot of thing.
Am very shag after the CAC camp and have to go for hall camp tmr.It's not my intention to do that cos i am feeling really old after going for camp these days.But they really need some seniors so i think i should just go back on the first day and attend peifang's birthday celebration at night.Everything lumped up together-->so so tired.
Anyway one more week to school reopen,so enjoy the rest of the hols and sophie i'll msg u to arrange for a meet up yea.Probably tue-thu or the weekends.Guys enjoy =)

Today i had the interview with the committee of inquiry.I have a good feeling about the outcome but shall not make any comments about it.Thank goodness out of the 3 'judges', i have 2 compassionate ones.The third one seems to be picking on every statement which i have made,oh well,can't be helped.Even before i could finish my first reply,i was already crying away and right in front of me is a gentleman.So tears kinda moved him as well.Hahaha it was not a tactic used,just that the hatred i have for the company just surface naturally through my tears.He even asked the Ms Tan whether i can do my PA for 5 weeks and the rest of the 3 weeks i'll do it another time.So good,they really stand in my shoes and think.During the interview Ms Tan seems so 'small'.If you're interested in wat it means i'll tell you guys personally,not here cos it's hard to describe.Overall the feeling is not too bad.
Another happy thing is that i finally took the effort to collect my laptop.It looks new now BUT i need microsoft office cd!!!Anyone has???Can lend???Please :)
Tommorrow last day of work liao,so sad.I will really miss those shuai ge and the pple there.A very fine place to work.Everything always have to come to an end.Haizzzz if it's near my house i will really go back after i graduate but it's not the case and i my eye bags are more obvious now.HELP!!!!!

Finally made a trip to JB yesterday with my mom to see the doctor.It's good that my mom is having more free time now cos she's going to switch job and is currently helping out my uncle at the coffee stall.This will mean that she'll receive more treatment which is a great relief for me cos she kept lamenting that she dun have the time to go to JB to treat her illness.So it's a damn happy thing for me.
Somehow though i really relent the idea of going to step into the working world in one year time,i'm quite happy that i will not be leeching on my mom anymore,no more textbooks to buy,no more notes to print,no more school fees.I have to be financially independent soon.The same goes to my brother.So we are all looking forward to the day when we both graduate and my mom will have less burden on her shoulders.
Oh well pple i did a damn siao thing today.The ang mos again.As i have told some of you i really cannot think when they are right in front of me.So while most of us who reached work early but were unfortunately locked outside the office have to keep facing each other.It was damn awkward.At that minute i really wanted to drill a hole and hide.I could even smile at the cleaner auntie but i could not bring myself to force a smile at the most shuai ang mo.I practially treat them as though they were transparent though one of them offered me Kit Kat before.Maybe he has felt that i'm trying to distance from him so the chocolate came as a "warming up" gift.But i'm still a disappointment.Hahaha dunno why i'm lidat still.
Anyway Wl has left us for china,and we made a trip down to sent her off for her 0130 flight.Headed to have prata for supper near ning yen's hse and we finally have a chance to experience yen's driving.So fun:)These are my dear galfrens that we still experience and enjoy all the moments together even at this age.Cheers to all *Smilez*

I've been asked to go back to changi again!!!Haha,today the head of marketing department came up to me and asked if i'm interested to go to work at her deparment.Cos Tiger is going to expand and they will need to have more people.She even had a position reserved for me cos according to her she'll need one junior marketing executive in yr 2007/2008.Haha.Then she goes on to tell me she has always thinks that internship is important as in they can see how the person interactand all.She even commented that EQ is more impt than IQ,so can i take it that my EQ is of standard???Hahaha.She added on that if i really want to work for her in the near future, they'll train me (up till this point of time,she does not know that i'm an accounting student,just an undergraduate)What does this show actually?Frankly speaking i think specialising in what you are studying is not the determining factor of wat career path you go into.So dun ever be bound by it!!!
Then she continued to ask what's my major.After knowing that it's accounting,she said that it'll be a boring job.Hahaha expected it,but well...
Anyway this seems like an attractive offer but the place is so far!!!If i have to work for so long,i have no confidence that i'll pull through.Besides, i heard that they hardly have bonus cos it's budget,but it all depends on how well the company does.So well,if you were me,will you take it up???Money first or experience first???

Yesterday was very well spent especially when i get to eat at the korean restaurant.We ate till it costs 234+ for 8 people.That's alot and seriously one pot of steamboat is enuf for all of us since we ordered rice and noodles each,but we ordered two instead. And also cos the person taking our orders is a small boy,he din bother to approximate the share for us.He could only asked how many person per steamboat.Each person will be 14 bucks so of course as a little boy,he could just take down wat we told him.So end up wasted lotsa food.His parents are both koreans and so he's our little translator.A bit of temper for a small boy but it was funny nonetheless.Ban Jiao Fan is really nice and i'm seriously in love with korean food.Thanks yen for suggesting that place and thanks val for bringing us there *smilez*
Anyway i feel that we are all growing up.Our thoughts have really became a bit different and i quite like the change.Planning for the future has become part of life in which i've never tot of it before in the past.I was merely following the crowd in the past.Study and living peacefully.Hahaha.
But well i think we are all in a revolution stage where getting a degree seems to be the basic thing and a necessity in order to work.So it has really become a paper like what my mom likes to describe as.Perhaps now when we choose 10 teenagers from the crowd,we'll have at least one graduate.So now besides being a smart alec,EQ comes into the picture,socialising becomes more important and working smart is the right way to survive.It still suffice to work hard but you'll end up with no progress but a mundane and stagnant "life".I'm not sure if i should call that a life cos it seems like a lifeless life to me.Oh well,i'm not being a pessimist here. In fact i embrace this sort of change and will learn how to adapt and accept the cruel world out there, since i know that where ever i go,i'll still have my friends there for me.And to you guys as well,i'll be there for you if you need me.

Yo to all my frens who's reading this entry now.Haven been blogging for so long cos i was trying to catch some korean shows thru renting and oso partly due to my laptop problem.Currently using the laptop gotten from my bro's company.My laptop was sent for repair and yesh,i got the notice today that it is ready for collection.But well,their operating hours is the same as mine so i reckon i can only collect it much later.
Anyway pple you guys must catch the king and the clown if you have the time yea.It's damn funny and you must watch it in a cinema cos there's the atmosphere where everyone laughs together.Eileen and I have embarrassed ourselves totally because we cant find the toilet in the cinema.Werewalking up and down the aisle cos we were seated quite front.The cinema was packed by the way.So you can imagine when everyone laughed together.
Oh yes,you guys must try to catch the korean drama on zui hou zhi wu on channel u,mon to tue,7pm.It ranked 2nd on my list!The story line is abit like wang zi bian qing wa.Anyway by the time you guys have read till here,i think it's damn boring liao,haha cos i'm just writing wat i have done thus far.Paiseh if it sends you to sleep.
Going to continue...influenced by Eileen,i bought a lot of masks which will last me for about 4 months even if i use it everyday.But i doubt i'll do that cos one piece of cloth costs about 5 bucks on average.Trying out all kinds of masks in the market hopefully i'll find the right one for my skin.
This sunday gonna celebrate weiling's 21st le,looking forward to it not only because of the celebration but oso i'll get to have authentic korean food.First time!!!Unlike those sold in food junction.Thanks yen for suggesting that,it's been my little wish to eat in a korean restaurant :)
Though it's a pity i couldn't get to watch eye candies in the soccer match,my workplace has fill up that place.Especially when i get to sit directly opposite those with green eyes.It's a wow wow!!!
Perhaps after my encounter in my previous workplace,the disgusting one,i reflect almost everyday.Not only on myself but oso on how human interaction works.I see a demanding woman who likes to have everything her way,who likes to command pple here and there,and who in turn gets harsh scoldings from the CFO,and being rejected for help when she needs it.It just boils down to how you treat people.As for the ang mos,they are very frenly lah.I can really see the difference between the whites and the yellow.It's damn different!Working in the airport has really been an eye opener for a narrow minded me.I suddenly feel that there's so much things which i wanna learn and achieve in this short life span of mine.

Somehow there's a common saying that goes...the richer you are,the stingier(dunno spell correct anot.haha) you are.Well i heard anoter story that is linked to money that pple try to save up and not spend lavishly.My colleagues were saying that the younger generation will have a hard time next time cos we dunno how to save up.This was brought up because someone said that he would like to have a simple and cheap meal,cos he has done some calculations and in order to retire early,the best is to be more thrifty.As i was typing away on one side,i paused to think.OMG i realised i really can't retire early next time at the rate i'm spending money.No wonder my mom keeps sighing at the rate i'm spending.But sometimes we do things even though we know another way is better.Is that not right?To me money is to be spent,as long as it makes me happy.On another hand,i totally forgot about saving for rainy days.How contradicting life can be at times.
Oh yea they said about not buying car cos it's not worth it,the returns are not proportionate.Especially in spore with the COE,ERP charges,petrol and all.I'm still thinking whether i should learn driving in the near future cos i'm really a direction and road idiot.Not much cash to get a car as well.But then again,it's a lifetime skill.But!Without a car and less practice,will i forget wat i have learnt???My colleague told me to get a boyfriend who has a car.That will solve the whole problem.Well though it's really not a fantastic suggestion,and a sign of olden days women who are so not independent,it does sound like a very ideal solution.Haha

OPA is as slow as ever.Thanks to htian,her manager agreed to let me work in that company at year end.Asked OPA wat the company has to do,Ms Tan replied but her assistant haven sent me the forms to be completed by the company.Damn grossed up by their efficiency.
Anyways my current temp job pple doesn't know that i'm suspended for my PA,just that i'll be doing it at year end.And of them actually asked if i needed help.He has a friend working in the HR dept of a bank so he asked if i have problem sourcing for a place to do my attachment,i can approach him.It's so nice and sweet of him i think.Basically my colleagues are damn nice.Though i may doing admin but it doesn't give me the feeling that i'm waiting for time to fly.It just flies naturally and before i know it,it's time to knock off.
Waiting for saturday to come earlier so that i can go shop again with eileen and perhaps yanying.We're considering the midnite shopping but i doubt we'll reach that mark cos we'll start shopping at 3+ already.It's highly unlikely our legs will be able to lead us that far.
And peeps,who knows which korean restaurant serves good food.Jio me k,i wan to try the authentic ban jiao fan:)

I think changi is really a nice place to do my temp job,though it's far but i've enjoyed it to the max.The people are so nice and i get to hear ang mo speaking everyday.I like to hear them speak cos got the natural slang.But i just hope that i wun need to help them to do anything cos getting instructions from ang mo may be a little tough on me.It somehow dawns on me that listening to conversation is so much easier than getting instructions.I guess it's bcos one is afraid of doing wrong so tend to listen more attentively.But when that happens,things doesn't go the way you want it to be.Now even after work,i'm still filled wit lotsa energy cos it's simply relaxing and enjoyable job.Xin Fu *)

I din noe burgers taste so nice until i see i got 4 burgers on my results slips yesterday.Woooohooooooooo,i really dun have cow,donkey,elephant watsoever,despite the questions left unanswered for exams,despite my low participation in class,despite my seemingly lower proj grades as compared to the rest.But i'm damn stunned when i saw what was on the screen.I finally dun have C for my accounting related module.Note that it's finally cos i have 2 Cs before that.This should be considered my best results so far cos it's usually accompanied with a C.No A never mind,to me a B is oso very fine:)
Anyway today was my first day at work at Changi Airport.The journey is really long,but i keep telling myself not to feel tired,must be more enthu so that my mood will not be starting from a moderate level.If one feels tired in the morning,it will most likely spoil the whole day attitude.Well i'm working in an office full of guys,cos i'm in the engineering office doing admin.Okie dun start saying i can see shuai ge,cos there are none lah,except those pilots.Alot ang mo,practically most of the pilots are ang mo.But one thing i like about this office is that the person in charge of me is damn nice,i feel so happy and relax while working there.The canteen food is nice and cheap and i tell you the world is damn small! The moment i stepped into the canteen,i saw 2 NTU interns coming out.Faint,they still asked me why i'm here.Haha i told them i'm doing admin not PA, and i think they must be having lots of question marks in their heads.Hahaha.
Oh yar,i rented the part one of lu guang sheng lin yesterday.And have finished watching it yesterday.If you guys have time should just watch it on channel u,wed to fri,7-8pm.The nan zhu jiao inside shuai!!!Haha,and the music is nice too.Though it's a taiwan show but it's really not bad,the pace is not slow.But i dunno for part 2 cos i haven watched it yet.Bleahzzzz

Yesterday was damn fun shopping at tampines mall and junction 8 with Htian.Yes we went to 2 places yesterday so as expected we shopped from afternoon till nite.Why tampines mall???Haha cos there's really alot of things,it's like a mini orchard paradise and after going there,can still shop at century square.But there's one bad point about those shopping hubs at tampines.The shops offer limited variety probably because their space is quite limited considering the fact that all the shops have to be 'squeezed' into that mall.Bought many things since it's GSS now and we even went to pluck our eyebrow.It's so cheap 5 bucks only,and that was the first time i pluck my eyebrow,usually i go for threading instead.Then that lady is so nice cos she tot me how to draw my eyebrow.Apparently my eyebrow is short so i have to pick up some skills from her.According to Htian it looks really different when my eyebrow is extended.So after that we headed to Watson to get the eyebrow pencil and brush.It's quite farnie and annoying when we were there cos both of us do not know anything about makeup.
Anyway my new acquisitions include almost everything but no clothing.I bought new shoes,new wallet,new bag,a watch,a tool that removes the dead skin of my foot(as recommended by da S in the "kang xi" show),body scrub,hair brush and tool for plucking and shaping the eyebrows.Hahaas can be seen,all these are somehow essentials for someone who is growing up and stepping into the society no sooner.In the past these sort of things never occured in the list of things i ought to buy,but well now it did :)
Oh yesh,i've asked my aunt to let me work at changi airport and not at nokia.My mom claimed that i'm really mad cos the distance is like ermmmmmm FAR.But i din really bother as of now cos i really want a change of environment and not back to nokia where i will see old faces and of course those er xin technicians.I'm getting paid lesser than what i get in nokia.I'm gonna be paid 6/hr.Very little but it's alrite lah since i get what i want :)By the way,anyone happen to have lu guang sheng ling??? Hey guys,i think i'm back with a better mood this time round.My PA is sorta coming to an end.I cannot do my PA this time round for sure,but i'll do it at the end of this year,which means that i will miss one month of my studies for the last sem.I'm gonna be interviewed by the school once they settle the date to determine whether they will just treat this case as never existed before so that it will not appear as failed in my transcript.Well pray hard.I hope HE holds my hand tight and leads me to the right direction.Currently i'm looking for a temp job for at least one month plus before i attend CAC camp.
Anyway after this incident,i can only say that i am really blessed with so many valuable friends.They pulled me up when i am at my lowest.I have to specially thank Weiling and Qingyang that they managed to talk round me and lead me to the right track.Not that i've been on the wrong track alrite,just that i was somewhat lost along the way.Well besides the two of them,I've got yingying,shin rong and huang tian who tried to get jobs for me while i was sourcing on my own the other time.And of course the rest of my GG gang who has never fails to stand by me and encourage me all along.Am so grateful that i have this bunch of friends when life has been really miserable.Well I cry less often now can only wait for the interview to come earlier so that the case will really come to an end with a full stop and i can continue my journey again.
Oh yar,through this case,it has also been an eye opener for me.It reminds me that i am no longer young.I have to deal things in a professional way,in a more grown up manner.Come to think of it,i really seldom use my brains to handle things,so it has really been a bit rusty.Time to grow up for a 21 year old young adult.I believe i can and i will.

Hmm i think i have missed out something.OPA initially wanted me to stay on in the company till they speak to the boss! I refused which they eventually decided to send me to a NTU doctor cos they wanna verify whether i'm alrite for another attachment.A normal doctor,not a psychatrist.Goodness,the way they handle the matter makes me feel so sick!!!Why do i need to stay on in the company when i wanna transfer???Provide free labour???And up till now,the boss haven even get back to them.What does this actually mean for me-->i'll be living in hell for the past few days again just bcos the boss din get back to them.And if the boss takes forever to meet them,do you think that by me staying there,OPA will be as eager as to get to speak to the boss???I doubt so.I insist on not going back there and i seriously think that i've made the right decision given the current situation.I DUN REGRET EVEN THOUGH I'M BEING SUSPENDED FOR ATTACHMENT FOR THE TIME BEING NOW!

Well well,i din expect my uni life to be so exciting for me.Exciting in a very bad way.I guessed most of you who are reading this now,will have known about my very jialat condition for PA.I refused to go back to that firm,and so i'm said to have been suspended for my PA for the time being.All these will only stop when my prof managed to see and speak to the boss.Oh well,until now the boss din even bother to give my prof a call to at least arrange a date.But the school is still hoping to meet the boss.So it's their business.I couldn't care less.I have called OPA and they have actually found a company for me but they can't let me transfer now,not until they have spoken to the boss.I am given 2 scenarios by OPA.
One,they will speak to the boss,if they think they can resolve,cos now the problem is with me not wanting to work for the firm,and no one who has been attached there in the past have this problem.So well,if i still insists on not going back,they will fail me.I told them it's ok,go ahead and fail me.I'm so mentally prepared already,this bloody thing has been bugging me for so many nights,I have been crying constantly,and i'm really getting very sick and tired of these.My poor mom,i guess she must have been very sad to hear me crying on the phone everytime i speak to her.But all these will come to an end cos i dun wish to think of it anymore.I've did all that i can.I've called my friends and aunty to help me find companies.Well,managed to find some and waiting for confirmation,until i was told by OPA that i need not source on my own cos they already have a firm for me,but i still can't transfer yet.How shitty.I was told by prof that OPA can't transfer me cos they can't find a placement for me.Now that i've found for them,i was told that they can't transfer me now even if there is existing place for me to do my attachment.
Do you think this is fair to me.OPA is gonna wait till how long for the boss to reply???For as long as possible???And if at the end of the day,the conclusion is i have to go back.If i refused means that i will fail.And if i can transfer by a few weeks before school starts,i wun be able to complete my 8 weeks requirement,so it will mean that i have failed as well.Either way also die,it's all about dying earlier or later.
Second,i will be transferred if the boss refused to get back to prof.But the time allowance they are giving to the boss seems to be forever.I asked them how much time they will give to the boss???Ms Tan from OPA said by this week.But when i went to see NTU doctor,he told me that if the boss wants to sit on this matter,it will be at a disadv to me.So does this mean that they will wait till the boss gets back to them???Ever since last week,the prof has been trying to keep in touch with the boss.At that time,the boss was overseas,fine.This week,the boss din even call the prof to at least fix appointment.He can fixed it next month or something,whatever,but he din even do that.He din get back to prof,but the school still waiting cos they claimed that the firm has been in their program for a very long time.What shit lah,they can just keep waiting.I couldn't be bothered liao.
OPA main reason is that they want to let me learn how to cope with such harsh reality and also they can't anyhow transfer me cos of the relationship between them and the firm.I can jolly well understand them,but i totally disagree them about the learning part.They keep asking me if i wfind a job next time,will i quit???I can only say no,cos this is just an attachment! I dun want to lead such a spastic life for my attachment.Work is different.I get paid,and it's so important.No matter how fierce the boss is i will just endure it.But this type of feeling i just can't carry it to my attachment.
All i have to do now,is to wait.I'm going to wait for another week.If by then,still no news,and that they are still waiting to meet the boss,i will just go get a temp job.Everyone is working,i can't possibly stay at home and watch vcd all the time.It's kinda of waste time.Anyway to all my folks who's reading this entry,please dun ask me about my PA anymore.I wanna erase this and lead my happy life like before.I dun wanna cry and glum.Life is short,so i wanna make it happy and not lead it sadly.To all those who are on attachment,Jiayou le :)

I feel that my life is in a mess now,due to the stupid PA i'm having now.Darn it.I'm so freaking pissed with everything that concerns PA.My boss is so damn busy that he hasn't got back to my prof.My prof wants to see him.I wonder what they will say lah.The boss attitude has always been "not happy,you can pack and leave". And due to all those irritating procedures,my prof has to go speak to him before i can have a transfer.It's damn shitty.As if after speaking,his attitude will change 360 degrees.FAT HOPE!

PA sux and it really sux to the core.I'm living in constant fear now.Going back late at night,not 7.45pm i can't leave.My latest timing was 8.30pm.Wat shit,even worst than any laborer working in a construction site.Have no idea why i can be in the office for so long.Out of four days,3 days without lunch!!!It's damn gross.Perhaps cos i really pity the senior auditor who has been under constant harsh scolding from the boss who f*** her upside down.Everyday i hear him scream on top of his voice to the poor lady.I have only three pathetic collegues in the firm.One is relatively new who has been in the firm for 3 months,one is the senior auditor,another is a secretary.First day of work,ganna sent to client's office with the new colleague.Initially was quite excited,but when we were there,i realised it was disastrous.Every question i asked her,the answer will be dunno.I can empathize with her since it's her second trip and she has to do it alone.And all of us has to learn audit thru previous yr work,so it's really independent.
Audit life is one damn piece of shit.I dun think i will be able to survive long with it.My colleagues must be crazy that she can stay till so long.Will the money you earned be worth at the expense of your health???OMG.It'll probably shorten my life span.Everyday i will see robots in my life,who seem to be slogging for the vitamin M to keep them alive.
Have been crying for the past three days,sometimes for the senior auditor who has been scolded by the boss.I feel so sorry for her,but she seems to be taking it quite well.My mom and aunt told me to take things at its stride.Getting scolding at a small company is peanuts as compared to being blacklisted in a big company.Haizzz i think it's pretty true now that i reflect back.Throw away the pride then you can learn.Dun be too calculative,or you'll never learn.My motto!!!

Saturday: meet up with my fellow GG.Oh man i lub them *lub lub lub* Was half hr late cos the initial timing was pushed back to an hr later,so i happily switched on my laptop to watch "my girl". Oh man i think it's the most fantastic show so far.If i'm the girl,i would have chosen jeong woo.His mini eyes plus small face makes his whole face looks damn good.I'm gonna buy the vcd sometime later when it's out in the market.Din managed to see it in TS.It's worth keeping cos the storyline is not at all boring.Anyway we ended up chatting instead of kayating cos it rained earlier.And we were afraid that the tide may be too high.So yea,we discussed about our end of year trip.We decided on Shanghai,though Val strongly opposed to it initially.Budget need to make the maximum out of it.Had a lot of updates from all of them and we will be having another one very soon,when Shin is back from Japan.It was eating day cos we ate at Breeks for brunch, having tidbits while chatting and suntanning,headed straight to Marina for Carls' Junior,then to Starbucks for coffee,with another round of conversation.

Sunday: Eating day as well.So i reckon i'm having indigestion now.Stomach damn bloated!Daffy is back from US for her summer vacation so we met up and had K lunch @ cine and pple pls choose grilled fish next time.Though they recommended it strongly,i chose to have lemon chicken rice cos i've been having fries for the past 2 days.So it's really enuf. Then went to eat pepper lunch and Daffy drove us to JP for ice cream @ Swenson.Haha yea,swenson again,this week is all ice cream and western food.How much junk food is in my stomach is beyond imagination.Why all the way to JP??? Haha cos i refuse to go to Esplanade to have fondue where i dun have direct bus.Dun wan the one at Crown Prince either since it's still in Town area,so Daffy has a chance to show off her driving skills.Well i think girls can drive well too,except for the parking part.And thank goodness Val was with us,so she gave directions to help Daffy.Oh well,i got a ride home cos Daffy needs to take notes from me.Thanks le!

Oh yea,my office is located @ Shenton Way.According to OPA,they've tried to contact the pple there but they din get back.And finally on Fridat,i called again which i then managed to hint a tinge of anxiousness in me.So a few minutes later,got a call which tells me everything.Although they managed to give me some details on Thur,the location was not changed at all.And one could see that the details were not given from the pple from the firm but from OPA.Anyway some of my friends said that it's better now since it's now in the 'prime area'.Oh well,i think HE is looking over me,cos i've never expect that i'll be working in that area.Nobody would choose my firm for sure due to its ulu location,which explains y i'm the only one there.If the address was right in the first place,i may not even have the chance to get there cos pple will all choose that.I hope that i will have a nice boss who will treat us all for lunch on my start day,a colleague who stays near me so that i can have a lift everytime.Haha very idealistic i noe,but i still hope that it will happen.The most important thing is to pray that HE will continue to bless me with very frenly and helpful colleagues.Like 'my girl' icon "you'll be blessed".So to all pple going for PA,gambatte!

Went for swimming with yingying today and guess how many laps we have swam???5 laps only!!!Din exercise too long le,and so that's the best we can accomplish.And 5 here means to and fro yea.But it was fun lah,though only have the both of us.Then went to yingying house to play mahjong,well we always do that.She has always been a great host.Sometimes i think i really sotong until CMI,and only my IJ friends can stand it.JC pple maybe still can.Hahaha.I really need to wake up and not believe pple so easily.*SICK*
Anyway i found someone whom i can bicker since the last time.But this party will be a very serious one.So the bickering is not a normal frenly type.We can't see each other in the eye i guess,but it's alrite.I even try to be nice to that person,cos everything not very serious.But next time i shall not behave this way.I promise and i will do that.I'm seriously not a petty sort,unless you really step on my tail,or that you force me to treat you that way.
Oh yes,i'm really sick,sick in a sense in the brain and the heart,not physically.Why do i do things the opposite i want it to be.Why ah,Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.I'm damn irritated with that side of me.Tell me wat to do????

Woke up real early today to go for a jog ALONE!Finally,i've convinced myself to go jog alone at a nearby park.But it ended up really badly,cos after one round,i found like puking.That's how bad my health condition is.Maybe cos i just had a cup of water,without breakfast,which cause the nauseous.Thank goodness i can make my way to my house,cos i felt like fainting along the way,it was really horrible.I had to even sit down on the floor while waiting for the lift.Throughout the day,i just had to keep running to the toilet and poor Htian has to follow me as well.Paiseh.We had a really nice dinner and had Ben & Jerry banana split for dessert *yummy*
Anyway,before meeting Htian,i had a real shock of my life while i was trying to find my way to my PA office.It was already located in a seccluded place and wat can be worse is that when i reached the place,the security guard leads me to an EMPTY office!!!He told me that they have moved away long ago and a new tenant will come tmr.I'm totally stunned*jaws dropped*What is happening to the school system.Give me an address which is outdated.They had better wake up on their ideas!!!I can only pray that they will solve this problem fast and hopefully the place will be nearer to my house*pray* If the office can't be found,the school jolly well let me choose another office again,and i hope this better be fast.So annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm just so happy that last sem is finally over after my last paper yesterday.Horrible sem with tonnes of project meeting deadlines week after week.Ok i've complained enuf of that so not complaining anymore.Went straight to kbox and it was so fun with the gals.Really high and wats best is that htian is finally singing.I remembered that she doesn't really wanna sing the first time we went together,perhaps with too many pple in a room,paiseh.But yesterday since there's only gals,htian sang,and i tot it was really nice,she sings well too. Yingying went high as well with her FIR songs, and i think PF sang more songs to as compared to the last ktv we had together.Sometimes i think gals really behave abit differently when there's only gals around.Cos it's all gals,so there's no need to be shy about.Gals company rulezzzzz!!!
Anyway,here i am at home waiting for my mom to be back,she wish to see me at home today so yea not out,but here blogging.I'm so bored!!! Supposed to watch da chang jin,but it's in dvd,and i only have vcd player.Laptop spoil,PC speaker not working,haizzz,so can't do anything besides waiting,or at least my stupid brother will lend me his laptop to watch the show,that will be how nice.Lonely friday,that is.
Tomorrow going for swimming le,finally,after not exercising for so long,i feel fat and unhealthy.I feel breathless @_@

just finished my 2nd paper for this sem.How how how,first question already blank liao.And it consists a lot of parts.There were only 3 questions btw,with many parts.I want to puke to crap but nothing comes out...why,because need calculations.If not i could just crap and try to smoke through to at least get some marks.2nd year already,still having this type of feeling is really SHIT!!! Can only pray hard that HE looks over me,and let me score satisfactory.I dun demand A,at least dun give me cowboy,dogs and elephants can liao.And since i'm taking off blogging now,i shall compliment my tax tutor for being one of the best tutors i've came across in my academic years.He's a da da da hao ren.Very easily bully kind.Likes to offer us a ride whenever we have had his last lesson till 5+.It's supposed to end at 4.30pm. Can you imagine a tutor replying your queries via email,tagged with a little note to say "give it your best,Levs" Oh my gosh,first one! Anyway one very funny incident was when we had to evaluate him,he was so shy that he din offer us a ride and just went off after wishing us all the best for exams.This is not the funny part lah....it was until when he discovered that he left his book inside the class,but he din dare to come in.Instead he asked those people who had completed the evaluation forms to get it for him.Cute and funny Ah Tan :)

i dunno how to start this post actually but i'll try. From young, i've never been in contact with guys,except for my bro and dad.No church watsoever that allow me to have any interactions.So i always had a phobia with guys,even up till now.But after coming uni,think my class guys too "jie mei",so to me they are no different from anybody.This is good actually,cos i come to realise that i can actually talk freely with the guys especially those in my jc class.Maybe it's part of growing up.We seem closer each time we meet up for gatherings and birthdays.So despite a hectic sem this year,the fun loving time is always there for me to reminiscence.Human creatures are so funny at times.But one thing i still feel strongly is that each time i move up the academic level,"ionic bonds" doesn't seem as strong anymore.You can find pple who are quite buddy with you,but it comes with less concern,care and things you can share.So folks,cherish your frens :)

Board meeting is finally over,and i'm just so looking forward to exams cos that will mean that my other 3 projects will have finished as well.Just to reiterate,this sem is plain hell,with so many projects to do and it's so damn intensive and time consuming.Imagine,staring at the computer till tears just flow out from your eyes automatically,it's damn incredible,but it did happen to me.One whole day staring at the PC,discussing abt the project,cos everyone cant meet due to diff timetables,we can discuss till 4am. Next day, will receive new updates again, and the first thing i do,without even brushing my teeth, is to look at the ppt slides again and change.Imagine how shitty i was in.This is so damn stressful,thinking back will only make me so angry and tired.Angry why am i slogging so hard at a proj that will only take up a few %. It's really a bliss that i have some helpful group members that can push me along for the past few weeks.It has been such a busy week, that i have not even chosen the companies for my PA,when the dateline is tmr.Oh well,i wish this will all be over soon. *Save me!!!!!!!!*

Shall give credit to all those celebrations i have went for this month.Starting with Celeste.We ordered 4 sets of meal which makes us really damn full. But the food at Chijmes is really fantastic,the fries are special,the chicken wings are tasty, and the ambience is serene too,minus the mosquitoes bites part.Chloe sent us home with her car,she's the first ij friend that i have sat in a car that they drive.I'm waiting for yen and sophie one too *haha*

Val's party is held at her aunt's place.Can really see the effort she has put in,the decorations were damn beautiful.Got one mini fondue,which is really cute.I love the fruits they have prepared,damn sweet.Not forgetting the mango prawn,whooosh,damn shiok *haha* Ning,weiling and her bf also managed to rush here on time from their other party at Woodlands.Okie before that,i have actually alighted at the wrong stop which cause me to walk for at least half an hr before i reach Val's condo.Along the way, i saw Ng Eng Juan, with his singlet,cycling along the road.Wat a small world.And thank goodness, i saw Jean long the way.So we find the place together.

Youyi's party is the most glam i've attended so far.It's held at Pan Pac, one of the chinese restaurant.We are served with more than 10 courses.I can't speculate how much is spent on it lah.Appetizers are all placed outside.Standard meals were served first followed by al lar carte which we can order from the menu directly.When we saw the price it's like "wah wah wah" so of course being accountants,we are all in accountants,except the guys, we ordered the most expensive ones.Hahaha.Standard meals include soup which has shark fin,scallop,abalone all those herbal things u can find in a soup.Imagine early in the morning we go there and have our brunch.WooOoOoHOoOOoO.The funny thing is that Youyi gave a short speech before he cut the cake,which makes the atmosphere "stagnant" momentarily.We were all like errrrrrrrrr.Hahaha, the cake was delicious, must be from the chef in that restaurant,cos it's "extraordinary".
Headed straight to Orchard,while some ofthe guys went for openhouse and IT show.There's lots of sales now man.Flash and Splash has a 30% storewide.So i was damn appalled,cos they usually dun engage in all these.So guys,if ur want things from there,go grab it fast (:

Pulled myself out of bed early today to go for a birthday party at Pan Pacific.It's Youyi's 21st!!! The food there is damn good and of course the price too.One prawn with wasabi 8 bucks *oh my gosh*. But it's really damn nice.We all had so much fun and headed to Orchard to buy birthday present for Eileen.Okie her one is March not April,remember the month wrongly *bleahzzzzz* I dun think i can stay for Zhenjun's birthday liao cos Eileen's one is on the next afternoon.And if Yuen Bao is celebrating too,it'll be 24,25,26 March all birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't help by keep on ranting in my entries this sem, due to the ongoing projects,reports,presentation that i have to go through.I'm very shaggggggg,very tired.As much as i have anticipated that this sem is not going to be easy,i din know the workload is really crashing down on me.For three consecutive days,stay in school not for any cca,just to discuss project.No dinner and perhaps one meal is sufficient to pull me through these days.Very helpful in "jian fei". But somehow i feel so ke lian, having to buy a Mac meal at 10+ and eat it while i'm in the bus.My life is so sad now,no colours, except during the 21st birthday occasions. Tommorow another one.Next week another one. Then April got three, Sophie, Jiamei and Eileen.It's really nice if i can attend all these celebration "comfortably" without thinking of ways to complete all my readings and projects.I'm dying!!!There's no time for revision,cos exams start a few days after our last presentation.Oh man......
Anyway can anyone send me Val's birthday photos through email or online.Thinking of going to sleep now.Have been staring at computers for this whole week, i feel like my eyes are dropping.
Oh yar,i hope my 202 project will do well,cos we spent much time and effort in it.Although i dun have good feeling about our presentation,cos of the constant prompting from our tutor and the fact that my bracelet suddenly "duan", i hope it doesn't mean anything.

Last nite before i can settle for my sleep,i have a question in mind.I dun have an answer till now and to you guys reading my entry feel free to comment,not on the tag board pls.We are always toking about making the full use of your life,live life to the fullest etc.Faced with 2 options,which one do you think it really fits into the picture.
Option A:
Be ambitious enough and work towards your goals.
Option B:
Use sufficient funds to open a shop and manage it like how you would want it to be.

Is fulfilling your dreams/wish in option b or being a self-motivated and high achiever in option a satisfy how one should really lead their life.

Anyway,i'm not selected for my interview.It was sorta expected cos i knew i fared badly during the interview.But there's always a glimpse of hope even when the chances seem slim.Gotten over the sadness and i've learnt a hard lesson thru this.The truth may not always be what people wants to hear.Dun understand nvm,i can tell you guys how terok the interview goes if you are interested to know, but not thru this entry.

Getting a short breather now, cos for the past few days i've been burrying myself in loads of readings and projects.It's so GROOOOOOSSSSSSSS.I still din managed to complete all my readings up till now.I'm trying not to make myself stress,cos it wun help anyway.But tax test is on tue,and i still have many doubts.Oh well,gotta clear them soon!Let's see i got 6 chapters to complete for IS and SST.There's still FRS readings,NEJ,Tax.Going really bonkers.And often to avoid seeing all those things,i just sink myself to bed,refused to get up.This sem is really siao!!!
And i went for my interview the other day,oh well,pretty shitty,i came out feeling no good.Ironically,the person said see you before i left,so isit a good thing???cos crystal's definition of "see you" and "bye" has a very different meaning altogether.Hahahahaha.Eileen got into Deloitte,and i'm so happy for her.It's one of the Big Four Accounting firms!OK that's all,i need to do my part for the project )= 3 more projects to do,1 coming up!!!AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Yesterday was ah shin's 21st birthday!!!Met up with GG gang again,and we had another round of fun again.I'm really looking forward to a trip to taiwan with all of them at december.Though it's still very far,but i'm so happy that we'll be going on a trip together.First time!!!And there's this really funny thing that happened,which shows the chemistry among us.The thing goes like this:
ning:7 girls only let's make it a even number
rest of us:ask weiling's bf along.
weiling:He's the only guy,it might not be very convenient for all of us,hard to find a room for him to sleep

Cos all these comments came as one voice,we couldn't stop luffing at how evil we can get.But oh well,it's so fun even though we ganna "thrown" to a corner at swenson.But it was so nice of swenson to give us a balloon each despite us ordering one giant earthquake for the 7 of us,cos we're all too full after having dinner at the cafe earlier.Looking forward to val's birthday too =)

I realised there's a very fine line between friends and strangers,especially the people you meet at the later stage of your life.This is a damn sad entry but i'm not really very annoyed by it,just that i may need to learn to grow up and not live in a bubble space of mine.Htian said not to be so innocent and dun treat everyone as friends,though you may seem really close.From the past till now,I never thought i'm so naive despite the many warnings from my mom that i can get easily cheated by people.I usually just shrugged off her remarks until recently i found out how STUPID i can get.This is what has happened.I have always known that you'll get paid during internship, BUT when Htian told me that we'll only get to have bread as salary i actually believed it,cos she seems so serious over the msn.OMG,can you believe it.And i believed it all the way till the next morning until i told tian bao and zhen jun about that.They knew immediately that it was pure nonsense.EXCEPT me.Oh well,i need to grow up...i din noe i can't treat everyone as close friends and share everything with them.There's a limit to everything even how close it can be.Haizzz

Back after not updating my blog for so long ever again.Just finished my aa201 test today and well i din managed to balance again.Very sad, cos i tot i finally fully understand how to do all the necessary calculations. But on a happier note, and a very happy one for me is that i'm selected for an interview in the phase one for attachment.Woooohoooooo, cos my results ain't that good enuf, so being able to be selected for interview in phase one is damn shiok. Hahaha, wonderful!!!

Suddenly i have this thought in mind.Am i the last few in the accounting batch???Attended a talk related to my upcoming internship today.And well,taking a glance at the flood of students,makes me feel really unsecure and small.Have i reached the standard yet?There are just so many people going after the same career path as me.Will i end up with nothing?The thought of all these just sweep me off my foot,reflecting upon the effort i have put in thus far.I'm very demoralised,but i guess it's not too late for me to do something.At least to give my best shot and not always taking a nap in the reading room.The next minute will be time for the next tutorial.Oh well,in this small little island,lies a few thousands people fighting for a living.If you slow down your pace,i guess you'll be forgotten by the rest.I still remember in year one sem one.We had an economics quiz that day.My boyfriend (haha,just kidding)Huang Tian (it's a "she" by the way)din came for that tutorial.Apparently no one did anything.Everyone was listening attentively to the tutor as usual,some doing last minute reading.In my mind,was just one thought.Did Htian overslept or did she become sick?She looked fine the previous day.I called,and she managed to rushed back on time for the test.Another thing happened to Wen Ning,who went to the wrong hall for examination.I wondered why her friends din bother to even make a call when the time for the exam is nearing.As a result she was really late for the exam.Poor Ning.
The thing is this,i realised the world continues to revolve even without your existence.Everyone moves so fast,that we may sometimes forget to take a look at our surroundings.I for one is guilty about this.There's nothing we can do,but to go with the flow...
On a lighter note,Celeste called to asked if i wanted a "U zap".And yes,i'll be most delighted if i have that as my 21st birthday present :D

Oh well,i'm back as soon as my internet works fine.Bummer is back once again.haha.Anyways,to all my invited guests,i have changed the date to 24th.And i really want to say a big thank you to all my ij friends.No matter which day i switched to,you'll still try ur best to make it.So yeap,i will do it for you guys too,even if it's near the exams :)Went shopping with my mom,brother + his girlfriend yesterday.Well,my mom wants me to buy a dress for my birthday party,but LOT 1 really doesn't provide much choice.In the end,i got nothing at all.Shall go hunting again this week at JP.Before that,i shall get myself a skirt for new year.It's called the "lantern" skirt according to the sales girl.
Since i haven been blogging for quite some time,i shall update this entry a little.School has been hectic,as usual.Despite the shitty 5 days timetable,i like all my tutors.So it sorta make up for it.
January has been a good start for this year,in spite of the losses i have made in mahjong(zha hu).And it's the same mistake repeated even after asking the 2nd time!I have happy things as well :)I went to rebond my hair again to eliminate the hassle of having to make my hair "proper" and neat before leaving the house.Celebrated Yiwei's birthday at Swenson,met up with GG gang,Sophie and Regina.Watched "in her shoes" with GG and spent the nite at Valerie's place cos it ended at midnite.First time going to her place and it was great!Tok till 3am before we finally "succumb" to our beauty sleep.Haha.Oh yesh,we even went back to IJ to take a look at the new building the next day.It's damn beautiful!!!The place looks so much like erm "SJI".Nevertheless,we still miss old IJ,cos it carries so much of my primary and secondary memories.Okie shall continue with all my readings again,and before that,HAPPY BIRTHDAY to tianbao and see you guys again on 24th jan :D

2006 will come as a special one cos i'll be 21 on the 25th of january.Frankly speaking,i feel that i'm not very prepared for any great responsibilty as an adult.Should i act as if i'm still young or become more mature and not like a siao za bor.In any case,i'll try to change,perhaps being more demure-->yar rite *hahahaha* Anyways,my new year resolution will be to be more analytical,be more thrifty and consume lesser quantity of food.Three will be enuf for me as of now.
I'll be organising a birthday party at my place and well i shall not be shy in telling you guys what i want muahahahahaha.I want something that i can use when i'm working and it's definitely not a calculator.That will be the last choice!!! In terms of priority,i would like to have an mesagging machine for the tummy(either osim or otto)but this is very ex,and unless everyone in my party knows each other and chip in,if not,this option may not be feasible.Then i would like to have a nice handbag followed by a metallic watch.Erm the last choice will be a perfume.I like "eternity moments".But people,it's okie if i dun have all these.It's just that if you guys dunno what to get for me,then you can consider all these,cos that's what i really need :) If you're just wondering,my guest list will be IJcians:

before the dec hols come to an end,i had better jot down what has happened for the past few weeks after my exams.Been too lazy to blog =p
Okie for my thai trip,one word to describe it-->tiring.Now i had a slight phobia for shopping cos imagine at thai u spent like 3-4 days shopping the whole day,straight after breakfast and then back to the hotel at night.Biang i was literally dragging my feet along the streets.But overall was still fun,cos it's with my fellow jc friends.Really shop till you drop and thank goodness i had a massage there which was really cheap and worthwhile.Their service is damn good!And yesh,there are many beggars along the way,and they are really pitiful.Some with babies somemore.Haizzz,i can't help but thank god for letting me to be borned in singapore.Seriously,the feeling you get when you reached your homeland after going thai is a very drastic one.It makes me appreciate singapore even more :)
And well,i came back with 2 luggages which was really erm exaggerating.Eileen and Xiaoting couldn't stop luffing at the cumbersome me carrying 2 luggages around.Perhaps i haven been on the plane for too long,i really love the food and everything there.It makes my deterination even stronger to be a air stewardess in the future.I want to see the world :) But before that i have to earn some money to go for slimming course and facial treatment before reaching that goal of mine *big grinz*
Enuf of the thai trip.Next will be GG gathering.Oh well,there's only 4 person this time round,the rest can't make it.But it was fun,having only the four of us.We went back to seoul garden,a place which we have not step into for years since our secondary school days.And the price is wow wow-->26 bucks!!!Sooooo ex!Then i've come to realise thats cos they have diversified their food supply to providing dim sum and sushi as well.But erm...it was not that yummylicious afterall.So no more seoul garden in the future!
Then we had a trip to Johore organised by Tian Poh.He ended up to be the only guy,and i seriously think it's a curse!Outings organised by our class guys,will end up with him being the only guy going for it.Damn sad case.But the trip was good!After spending much in seoul,i had a feast in malaysia,which was cheap and filling!
Thats about all and pple from GG,the date will be changed to 21st instead of 22nd yeah cos shin rong can't make it and now i have a jc class gathering to be arranged on that date as well,so yeap...remember it's 21st-->please keep that day FREE!

i'm supposed to be studying for my GE now cos it will be on this coming friday.It's the most horrible paper i'm going to take,ranked after information technology.This GE is damn tough cos it's 4AU,and i'm badly prepared!The lecture notes were printed but the tutor din managed to go through it,the book was written by him,which i have complained earlier that it's badly written.Seriously,under all these situations,i really have no mood or motivation to carrying on studying.I just hope that i can at least pass,i dun mind a D grade for this,so long as i can pass.Will be going to Malaysia again,and to be more specific it's JB.It's gonna take one whole day and the GE exam is going to be on friday.My attitude for this paper is really terok!To make things worse,Yingying has called and told me a link that leads me to my new idol.The link is this http://lib.verycd.com/2005/09/06/0000064006.html.

I dunno why,but it seems that i'm blogging more when it's the stuying period.I'm going to accompany my mom to m'sia tomorrow to see the doctor.According to my mother,he's a tian shi.I dunno if it's safe to be receiving this type of medical service,but she's doing well.The tian shi took out something from her body and she showed me the scars.There's 2 scars now.Imagine my mom going there often in order to remove the toxic,how many scars will there be. *faint*
Luckily exams will only be on next wed.So i still have ample time to study.But i'm very scared for Accounting exam.Think it's going to be very tough cos most of the people scored well for the other 50%.Haizzz,think until siao!
Staying at home instead of hall has made me more productive.I dun on the computer so often now,means no msn,but there's more tv.Thank goodness no SCV,and all the local channel shows are mostly repeated stuff or nothing appealing so though it's on to produce sound effect,i can still study.
After exams,i'll be going Thailand.At first,when i heard the news about my mom,i really regretted buying the ticket.But my mom managed to be strong and so i think i will still be heading to thailand.I want to get many things,for myself and my many girlfriends.So yeap,everybody,i'm coping fine with everything.Thanks for all the encouragement.I'm so happy to be blessed with all of you guys. =D

Today i went to visit my mom with my brother.And thank goodness i have went to visit her,cos at least it has made me feel so much better.Today is much better than the previous night where the tears will clean my face from time to time.My brother brought up the matter of kidney transplant which i have clean forgotten about it.So i told my mom to go check out at spore's hospital and i will go check out whether i'm a suitable donor after my exams.But my mom rejected this idea.She has great confidence and trust in the doctor at m'sia.So well,i hope that the doctor is able to cure her.Have to see how everything goes.

Unpredictable life

I received a call from my aunty today.And she said that my mom is suspected of suffering from kidney failure.A very big blow to me indeed and i called my brother immediately who was at Ang Mo Kio to visit her.Why from my aunty and not my mother.Well,my exams are just around the corner,so when my mom msg me a couple of days ago to ask me and my brother to go visit her today.I called her to say that i won't be make a trip down unless there's special reason.Then she said no,nothing.So i said okie,i shall visit her after my exams.Then came the call today.My aunty told me to show more concern for her,and that my mom kept it from us because she claims that we still small-will be very worried for her.Most importantly,she is worried about the medical fees.The thing is this,she went to m'sia and had some check up there to remove her toxic.The doc over there said that she may be suffering from kidney problem.I dunno much details but wat i do know is that she has kidney problem.
My mom,she had given alot to this family.My brother and I still had one and a half more years to graduation.This is the first time,i wish that i'll be graduating soon,so that i can earn money to suport this family of mine.All i can wish for is that she her condition won't be so critical,so that she can still enjoy what me and my brother will strive to give her in the future.She do not have a decent school life,cos she has give up her studies for her little sister,and since then she has been working so hard to bring us this far.With my mother's standard,it's definitely difficult for her to send me to IJ and my brother to maris.But she went for some operation to prove that she won't have anymore babies,before my brother was able to enter into maris.However,my brother has been a great disappointment,cos he din do well,and ended up in the normal academic.Thank god,he became better after getting into poly,and his grades has been better.
I just hope that all gods will look after my beoved mummy.Well,my friends,i'm alright now.So dun worry for me,just pray for my mom.

Today has been a really relaxing day for me.Spent my whole afternoon watching my idol show "wang zi bian qing wa" and i've finally finished watching till the last episode.It's a damn entertaining and romance story.I simply the plot,the place,my idol and everything.Everyone has turned to be a nice guy in the end and of course it's happy ending for my idol.

Okie,this is my new idol's photo,and he's 180+cm.He belongs to the 183 club-a boyband with 180+ people.I love his eyes and eyebrows-so black and thick.Haha and he's much younger than Bae!

And yesh,i'm very happy with my presentation results cos my efforts are paid off.So yeah,tmr shall begin my mugging period again,after slacking for a whole day.Must Jia you,and this applies to all my frens too *gambatte*

Was just talking to yanying online,and she said that she has been in a slacking mode this sem.Well,i think there comes a point when you feel so tired of studying.You'll keep reminding yourself to work hard,but fruitless.Anyway,i'm just too tired reading the book for my ge.It's damn badly written.AND I MEAN IT!!! I have like 7 more chapters to read,and it's reading without understanding.I know this is a waste of time,but i still have to do it simply because i will feel more at ease to have a rough understanding.Frankly speaking,i regret taking this ge,cos it's damn time consuming when it comes to preparation for exams.And the tutor is really terok!!! I really hope i can pass my ge so that it won't be a waste of time this sem.Initially i had the notion to just forfeit that exam by not going for it.But it will mean a waste of my time and effort.
Tomorrow i will know the results of my presentation.And i'm simply too happy for Htian cos she managed to get a B+/A-.She was speculating that she may score lower or watsoever.But Htian has really put in her best effort for this presentation,so i think she really deserves this grade,though it can be better.So well done le *xiao zhu*

Okie i'm here to whine,cos i have managed to stick to my timetable,completed wat i'm supposed to read.Anyway,i'm going to sound rather beechy here cos i simply cant stand certain things which have happened.
Well a short scenario of what had happened yesterday.
Me:wah,have u started memorising for ur script?(she's preparing her slides)
she:huh?need to memorise one meh
Me:walked off,cos she sounded damn cocky
And so what happened today.Her presentation cock up.I'm not trying to gloat over her misfortune,but for goodness sake,i think she deserve it.Being punished indirectly.
In fact,this type of things have happened many times already.More often than not,there's people who will mock at me when i did not fare well in my English paper.They merely passed,and i'm definitely offended by their remarks.But thanks to them,i'm motivated to strive harder for my English paper.And wats the end result???
Well,those people failed or have done poorer than me for that paper.A tortoise and rabbit story which came to my life.Oh well,i think people are often too complacent with what they have achieved,and start forgeting about the virtue of working hard.I'm such a person as well.Did well in secondary days and became complacent.Results were disappointing in JC and uni.But sometimes i just think,is life all about studying.What if i die one day.Will i regret it?Or what if i studied so hard,achieve many,but at the end of the day,something (choy choy) strike me.Am i going to leave just lidat.APPARENTLY not.Okie maybe i'm giving excuses for explaining why i've became lazier or rather why my results are dropping.And also,MSN.I have a hate and love relationship for this,cos it really makes me so addicted.Grrrrr %^&*@#$%^&*

I'm back with my blogging again and this could be my last entry before the start of my exam.I'll be back again after my exams or if there's something interesting that pops out during my studying period,then i'll just drop an entry or two.I just completed my biz com presentation today. And just imagine how i was feeling a few hours ago.When i was presenting,my legs were trembling.It's not because of the cold,but i'm simply too nervous.The feeling is damn shitty.My heart was beating so fast it's gonna drop out anytime.Couldn't focus in my Accounting lecture either.Haven gotten any proper sleep and leisure in watching the tv shows for the past few days cos i kept memorising.Have been trying to psycho myself that this is the last time i have to perform.Why not just do a good job?The people will want to hear what I have presented.They are not man eaters!
And so today,by the time we have reached the classroom,most of the people were there already(my classmates are often late comers!!!and now everyone is there so early, damn tensed up!).I'm the 4th one to present and i can't help but to think that it's such an unauspicious number.I'm supposed to be the 5th one,if not for someone to have switched class!I have tried my best for the presentation though it can still be better.Have been trying to memorise and present since last week,but i still stammer in the presentation.Grrr,speak too fast again i think but overall,it has been my best presentation so far.
And well,i have to comment on my biz com tutor.I think he's really encouraging and this really helps to boost our morale when we were presenting.The first impression of him is that he likes to pick on me.The first time he called me will be the 'the lady in pink' *yundao* cos i have used the wrong choice of words in my essay so he wanted me to read aloud in the class.Was a bit offended but it's ok afterall,i know that it's my mistake.Crystal have pointed this out to me before and i'm trying to be careful with the words i'm using now *hehe* rite,tutor neo =D
But ying ying felt otherwise,she thinks that he likes me.Oh my gosh.And ying ying,if you are reading this,just to tell you the truth,i get that feeling too.Haha though you and Weiqi have said this,but i just refused to acknowledge cos it's damn Embarassing!I always chose not to believe in what i have felt so that i will dare to face him.Until when you have pointed it out,looking at him sometimes will make me damn paiseh now.The 'lady in pink' becomes Levs,levs,levs *goodness* Sometimes his extra calling makes me wanna wallop him.I dunno if i'm being cyncial,but i'm sure there are people who will be jealous when you become the teacher's pet.So they will view you in a negative light.I dun want the extra attention given to me for something which i have not done.I did not curry favour cos there's no way to do it in Uni!
And to ying ying.I really envy your bravery today.If i'm in your shoes,i may have just broke down in tears.But all these have ended,stop blaming yourself,and focus on studying now ba.We shall all move on together yeah...Jiayou =D

Pple exist in all sorts of behavior and i seriously think there's two sides to each and everyone of us.That's the good and the bad.But i'm just surprised to meet one really ganna sai one in my OG.I haven spotted any good point of his YET.Anyway the thing is this,we had our OG BBQ tonite at one of the freshie's place and this guy,Terry,he volunteered to cook fried rice and bee hoon for us.Initially, we decided to have bee hoon only cos of cost saving and too much of food.So i was just telling him y bother to cook more,making more work for ur mother.Then came his reply,oso not you cook wat!At that point of time,i feel like slapping his face then i know the reason why-->he get to earn some money out of it.What the shit!!!I thought he was nice enough to offer but it turned out otherwise *idiotic* It's perfectly alrite if you are trying to earn some extras but being too materialistic is just too sickening.In the first place,dun say that u volunteer,thinking u r so nice watsoever,just say tt u did it for money!!!Maybe i'm just not used to pple behaving lidat,but i'll try to accept it,cos i believe there's more to come in the future.
And i think i'm damn shitty as well.I hardly talk to him the whole nite,cos i din dare too.And guess what,i'm suspecting whether he's shorter than me(ps. the he is a different person now)Oh my gosh!!! Just when i tot that i can finally sit back and relax a little,my ge readings increase again.I have completed all readings except GE!!! and now one seminar constitutes 5 chapters.This is really going nuts.Today is an extremely holidays,started off on the wrong foot already and the lessons today are damn boring!The GE lesson was passable cos we watched 2 videos and i'm seriously impressed with the cicil servants.Here's my salute to them.I think they have contributed greatly to the development of singapore today.Anyways,i pass my break time staring at the laptop,editing the report we have for our accounting project.My eyes just feel like dropping out.The worst thing that could have happened is our accounting tutorial.The tutor,Mahmud,he's like singing a lalabae song that drives me to sleep.And this tutorial is damn hard,so it's like you are trying hard to listen but there he is,shaped like a santa claus,making you sleep.Just keep stuffing myself with all the sweets in order to keep awake.And tomorrow is a tortuous day.Not measured by the time but the modules to attend.But i'm looking forward to the grocery shopping at giant cos we're CAC OG is having a bbq at Joseph's place trhis coming saturday.Something i look forward too:)
Oh yar,before i forget.I attended my cousin's birthday at swissotel merchant court hotel on sunday night.I like the gifts they have for their guests.It's a heart shaped shower gel,and it's damn nice.The best thing was,i sat with most of my younger cousins,erm actually i think i'm the oldest excluding my cousin's bf.So for a table of 10,we only occupy 6.This will also means that we have a larger share of the food served.Wahhaha.In the end,i was damn full,cos each time you can have at least 2 servings.
My cousin is the active party in the relationship she is having now i guess.Nevertheless,i think their relationship works out fine.The guy is easy going and i'm really happy for her to have spotted him and continued in her pursue of her future happiness.I guess i have to go sleep now,my brain is damn taxed out after today.Good nite everybody.

Hi everyone,i'm back not becos i've completed all the required readings but have completed most of it.Just too sick to read continously for my laggy 4 more chaps of risk mgt, 1 more chap for company law and a few pages for accounting 2. At least my readings are increasing at a decreasing rate.So yeah,here i am :)
Let's start from my recess week.Oh well,attended the social ettiquette class and resume cum cover letter workshop for 3 whole days. Though it's really time consuming especially when we have many projects and assignments on hand, i've sorta liked it.Besides the outside speaker, i think our school speakers totally cmi.They talk as if they were some big shot but please 3 hours sitting down there before the break and listening to them was just too sickening.Nearly dozed off most of the time.
And since it's recess,i have some fun as well.But my outings had to be squeezed within one pathetic day..how sad uni life can be.Went for CAC OG outing and we had sushi buffet.Biang,eat until stomach wanna burst!!!haha abit exaggerated here.Then went to play pool before meeting up with my GG buddies.Oh well,we have zijun with us this time round and overall it was really fun. In fact,it has always been fun :D Everytime we are like country pumpkins,taking many pictures without much care to our surroundings.I guess that's how girl's outing usually turn out to be,but i dun see this in guys.I will put up the photos another time* Oh yesh and to my buddies out there, there's someone whom i think i like again *hiak hiak* And to account for mr er hem,there's something that i found out abt him and that is--he's someone who throws a net into the sea and see if anyone got caught.Apparently i was caught but i managed to get out in time :) I had this feeling long ago and it was confirmed when i met one of his friends.Okie i sank further in that time and choose not to believe my intuition cos i think i really like him that time.
But one thing is clear,the moment i discover the truth then i will let my head rule my heart.And i think it's the only time i do this cos i usually do the opposite.I was not sad at all really,no need to torture myself over such a guy and one day he msg me again.BUT i din reply.Crystal saw his msg too!!!
Enuf of all these,now it's the other guy.Hmm how should i put this.He likes to suan me and he's the guy who called me an Auntie,obasan and ah sou.Hehe that's not the point,but i think i like him becos of fate ba.I just keep seeing him wherever i goes and the thing is,the canteen damn big,but we just happened to sit near each other.The sad thing is that after i like him,i seldom see him le *wat the...*
We bickered over somethings over the msn and i think i really pissed him off from the way i said it.So he said that i have attitude *haha* from then on,we din tok!2 weeks later,was with my frens in the bus 179.He came and sit beside me.Not the 2 seater seat kind.When he sat down he purposely makes his presence by knocking against my arm but i din bother to look at him cos i tot it was some stupid person who dunno how to take his seat properly.BUT i had a feeling that it was him(i saw him joined the queue earlier on)Until some point in time,i turned and saw him.So he said "wo zai kan ni shen me shi hou hui zhi dao wo zuo zai ze li" *haha* damn farni,but i think it's damn sweet dunno why.This just links me to wat ning has commented before.She hopes to get someone she likes cos she feels extremely excited and happy when the someone actually talks to u or anything along the line.And yeah, i spent my nite before sleep,reminiscing what had happened.It's my private time,away from all the countless readings and tutorials.And so,we continued with our msn again.

Oh yar we celebrated birthday for Huang Tian and Claire during the hols too!Claire's 21st birthday is like a hall gathering cos i hardly see her other frens and well we got a wallet and cake for Htian(xiao zhu)*pictures will be posted later*
